"Before we find Jessie, I think we'd better find the Decepticons' lab," says Optimus Prime. "Megatron can probably control the Destruction Beam from there. Remember, we don't have much time before it is supposed to hit Center City."

Suddenly—BLAM! BLAM! KA-BOOM!

The Autobots have run into the Decepticons Skywarp, Ramjet, and Buzzsaw, their weapons drawn and firing. And the Decepticons definitely have the edge of surprise over the Autobots. They are letting loose with their cannons and missiles.

But Optimus Prime aims his laser rifle. Just as he pulls his trigger, the Decepticons also fire their weapons. The noise is deafening. When it dies down, the three Decepticons are lying incapacitated on the floor. So is Sunstreaker.

"We have to leave him," says Optimus Prime sadly.

The Autobots and Buster reach the end of the hallway, where it branches into two passageways. "Well, what do you think? Should we turn right or left?" asks Buster, looking around.

Since there's no logical way to make this choice, you might as well flip a coin.
