The Decepticons spread out through the fortress, searching for Autobots. In no time flat, they've captured Windcharger and Powerglide and drag them to Megatron's quarters.

"Prepare to die, foolish ones!" cries Megatron at the Autobots standing before him. "How dare you think you could deceive a ruler as great as I? Your folly will cost you dearly. You'll be only an unpleasant memory—and the same will be true for humankind in a few days! Buxxsaw, do away with these…things. Choose something ghastly."

As the Autobots are led off, Megatron reaches for Beachcomber's communicator. "And now, a little present for Optimus Prime," he says.

Disguising his voice, he sends a short message. "All is well but we need backup. Come quickly." He transmists the fortress coordinates and waits to see if the Autobots will take the bait.

At Autobot headquarters, Optimus Prime receives the message and responds. "On our way," he radios back.

When the Autobots arrive, the Decepticons greet them at the cliff's hidden door with a full-scale attack.

"Surprise!" shouts Megatron.

The battle lasts only seconds. The Autobots are crushed before they know what hit them.

"The world is ours now," Megatron tells the Decepticons with wicked pleasure. "All ours. As for the earthlings, to use their own expression, their goose is cooked. Pretty soon, Decepticons, we shall feast!"
