Cosmos stands stock-still in the middle of the corridor. There's no place for him to hide from whoever just opened that door. Luckily, the Decepticons don't venture into the hallway. Cosmos does, however, here a low voice. Deciding to investigate, he follows the sounds to the fortress's generator. The Decepticons Starscream and Soundwave are nervously pacing back and forth. Cosmos slips into the room unnoticed and hides behind a large piece of machinery.

"My plan would be easy," says Starscream. "Megatron is getting too cocky about this plan of his. He's becoming careless. He forgets to change the coded number lock to his secret chambers. I know how to get in."

"Hmmm," says Soundwave. "That is easy. We simply wait for him in his room. Then, when he comes in, I stun him with a gamma ray—and we become the new leaders of the Decepticons."

Cosmos had heard enough. He sneaks out of the generator room…and bumps right into Megatron. Cosmos is shaking in his metallic boots as he confronts the Decepticons' leader.

Before Megatron can make a move to smash him, Cosmos says, "I've got a little information for you. I'm sure you'd be interested."
