Hidden in Megatron's elaborate spy station, Beachcomber and Windcharger hear Decepticon voices--and they're growing louder.

"The Destructicon Beam just left the lab," announces Frenzy.

"Very good," replies Megatron. "Those meddling Autobots don't know a thing about it. My plan can't help but succeed!"

The door opens and Megatron steps into the room. He leaves Frenzy outside and the door swings shut. In a flash, the Autobots jump out from behind the computers and grab the Decepticon leader. Windcharger disarms him by creating a magnetic field which attracts all of the evil ruler's weapons.

"The fortress is surrounded, Megatron," Beachcomber bluffs. "Every single Autobot is waiting outside. You are just the first to be captured. If you don't want to see this entire fortress blown to bits, with you and your Decepticons in it, I suggest you order your men to surrender. Then show us your lab so we can keep the Destructicon Beam from reaching Center City."

Megatron thinks he has no choice. While he addresses the Decepticons over the loudspeaker, Beachcomber pulls out his communicator and transmits an urgent message to Optimus Prime, telling him to send the Autobots.

And hour later, Center City still stands--but the Decepticons have fallen.
