The Nickname Lists Page
Nicknames are fun. So why should Transformers be left out? Here are the Nickname Lists I've compiled thus far. Some of them aren't quite (i.e., not even close) finished, but I put what I have anyway.
This is the list that started them all. And it's more than just Rattrap and Dinobot sniping at each other. This is a complete list of every nickname each character was called and the number of different nicknames used. Just sit back and enjoy.
It should be expected that the series directly following Beast Wars would continue the name calling... I mean, nicknaming tradition. Like the previous incarnation of Transformers, it's packed with good zingers. The only downside is the lack of Dinobot or Depth Charge to lay the nicknames on. And please notice my restraint from using the acronym commonly used for Beast Machines. Thought it might be dangerous considering the name of this web site.
No, I haven't lost my mind. Yes, I know the list is going to be huge. Between that and the predominance of the word "Decepticreep" in the Autobots' vocabulary, I'm hoping to keep the insanity level to the lowest level possible. Here is the list as it stands. Maybe I'll stop procrastinating soon and actually get on this. Soon. Maybe.
So big it has it's own link! Well, actually it's the shortest of the lists on this page. But hey, if the movie can be set aside in comparison to the series', it can be set aside from the other lists as well.
The Transformer Comic Nickname List
Again, I must stress I have not lost my mind. I just knew that characters like Stranglehold and Darkwing would hate me if they didn't have their day on a Transformer Nickname list. This might be another list that grows in microns. It's that whole procrastination thing again.
